If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please email us at info@gwennathelabel.com as soon as possible. Orders may be canceled at no charge as long as they have not shipped. While we do our best to catch requests before fulfillment, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
At this time, exchanges are processed as a return and reorder.
If your item doesn’t work out, you may return it according to our return policy for store credit. Once your return is approved, you’re welcome to place a new order for the size or style you prefer.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and many of our styles are produced in limited quantities. If your preferred size is available, we recommend securing it quickly.
