We want you to feel confident shopping with Gwenna. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
• Unworn
• In new condition
• With original tags attached
Items showing signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or damage may not qualify for return.
Accessories, jewelry, swimwear, and clearance items (including sale styles, BOGO promotions, and items discounted 30% or more) are final sale.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Return Process
To start a return, please email info@gwennathelabel.com for approval and return instructions.
Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued via email.
Please note:
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost incurred will be deducted from your store credit.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Returns may also be made in-store for a physical gift card.
Orders cannot be canceled once placed but may be returned following the policy above.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Please note that slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings do not qualify as damage.
Shop Pay Installments
Shop Pay Installment purchases follow the same store credit return policy.
If installments are still active at the time of return, payments will continue as scheduled, and store credit will be issued once the return is approved.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments on promotional purchases.
